PLEASE NOTE: Some bartering options are worth a volunteer presale pass and some are worth a presale pass AND 70% commission on sold items.

Meals​

  • Provide a $25 gift card to a local fast food restaurant. Accepted restaurants include: Culvers, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Papa Johns & McAlisters

Supplies

  • Provide a $25 gift card to Walmart or Sams Club

Earn a Volunteer Presale Pass

 

Drinks

Must be delivered to the EPIC KC Sports Lodge on Monday on sale week from 9:00 am - 9:00pm. 

  • Provide (4) cases of bottled water (1 case = 24 bottles).

 

Snacks

Must be delivered to the KC Sports Lodge on Monday on sale week from 9:00 am - 9:00pm. 

  • Provide one:

    • 2 Lg. bags of fun size candy bars

    • Lg. bag of trail mix

    • 2 Boxes of individual bags of cookies or other snacks

    • Box of assorted flavor, individual bags of chips
